The profile fills in the secure server settings. Your device will ask for your email address and password.

Download iPhone setup profile
  1. Open this page in Safari on your iPhone or iPad. Download the profile and allow the download.
  2. Open Settings → Profile Downloaded. If it is not shown, go to General → VPN & Device Management and select Amiigo Mail.
  3. Tap Install and follow your device’s prompts. Enter your full email address for the email address and both username fields, then your mailbox password.
  4. Open Mail. Check that your inbox loads, then send yourself a test email.
About the profile

It adds one removable Apple Mail account and contains no password. It is unsigned, so iOS will label it as unsigned during installation. Install it once per device; for additional mailboxes, use manual setup.

Using Gmail or Outlook on your iPhone? Add an IMAP account with the manual settings below. These apps do not use the Apple Mail profile. Apple’s profile installation guide ↗

A LITTLE HELP

Having trouble connecting?

My password is not accepted

Try signing in at Amiigo Mail with your full email address. Use your mailbox password for your email app. If you cannot sign in, contact your technician or mailbox administrator.

I can receive email, but I cannot send

Check that the outgoing server is email.amiigo.au, port 465, with SSL/TLS and authentication enabled. Enter your full email address and mailbox password for the outgoing server as well.

My app shows a certificate or connection error

Check the server spelling, security setting and port against the table above. Keep SSL/TLS enabled. If the error remains, ask your technician to check the connection before continuing.
